Mrb I was told that the non dccd 6 speed weighed 67 kg but I didn't weigh mine so don't know for sure .

All I know is that it was a bit of a struggle to get it in situ with 2 men on our backs and the scoob on axle stands [emoji16]

Seen a few talking about how heavy the boxes are, you have to take into consideration that most are 4 wheel drive so you have as in mine a built in front diff, mine has the high and low leaver as well but just weighed mine and it turns out all up it weighs a gnats under 59kg when I did the clutch on my 3.1 manual Trooper which has a huge transfer box hanging of the back my gearbox jack started letting it's self down even with the lock on and that weighed 94kgs that's one I don't want to do again in a hurry having said that it was a darn site easier to remove than the Fozzy was.

Have e mailed subaru UK to see if they can shed any light on what the crap was between box and engine melted some down and it smells like varnish.
