Hey I know it's probably a silly questioned but I was thinking about change the transmission in my 03 forester from auto to manual is worth it?

Matt - is it better (in theory) to change the whole engine and gearbox from a simplicity perspective or is it more to do with including the rear axle as well?

Get it done not a hard job at all

Got the footwell to do , box and all the clutch set up think I was quoted about 120 hours of labour

That is a fair bit of labour if you are not doing it yourself
