I will be making it clear it's not to be a discussion about whose shit or good  people can use the rant thread for that  I will probably lock it if it get's sill I'll be making it clear if they want to google the company's lol hopefully that way it's down to them what they do with the info and keep it all clean. I'm all for people discusing stuff but as you have said it just ends with people falling out lol. But see how it goes if it's too much hassle I can delete it too. 

That in itself is the issue. People tend to make there story to read one way or another depending on perspective.

Some situations is very clear cut, robberham is a good example of that, you only have to look how much sealant in the pictures to see how bad the work is. But, lets say for example a pulley fails 6 months after a cambelt is changed, whos fault is it? the owner of the car will blame the company who did the cambelt, however in 5 months alot can happen to a bearing.. SO in reality its not really anyones fault, however the car owner will see it differently.
