blacked bug headlights

so got bored atwork doing OT n ended up stripping n painting my headlights.what people think?

I have some in the garage(oe lamps) and keep contemplating doing the same and fitting them. I know they are kind of marmite(love/hate) but i actually dont mind the bugeye look..................Surprising how much the VW followers like them........presume as like a beetle 

 

Mine have the prodrive ones,on when bought with oe in the boot,not sure on them tbh..........kind of got used to them

They look nice mate I was gonna buy set like that but see video on youtube about doing standard lights so saved money for front splitter

Would do your standard lights anyway,then try em see what you think if not sell em be worth more done

I used upol plastic primer first, couple coats fine then few coats satin black through paint gun but suppose black spray can be fine.i also put little bit sealer back around edge once together

Yeah them ones ok but prefer gambits lights they were ones I was after really.

might end up buying some once got rest car up together only had it few weeks, got so many bits wana buy
