July 10, 201510 yr Author I am US military stationed here in the UK and the importation laws in the states essentially say that a vehicle must be 25 years old to be able to legally be imported without needing to meet our (ridiculous) vehicle safety and emissions laws. I will be leaving the UK in 2018, so 1993 seems to be the sweet spot.
July 13, 201510 yr Ah k, have you got a budget in mind? Finding one in top nick will be very difficult, but you may be able to find one that needs work, really depends how much you wanna throw at it. doers give you some time to find the right one, only issue is they will be going up in price now
