July 15, 201312 yr BBQ Saturday 3rd August 10.AM I'm near a village called North Cotes. Just outside Grimsby/Cleethorpes Just wanting to know who is definitely going to come or 70% sure they will be here, so I can pass on some more exact details as I'm not going to post exactly where I live for public viewing ;) . And to know how much meat to get in and so on..the BBQ is on the Saturday 3rd August with the Aim to have some food ready for about 2pm but please feel free to arrive from 10am. If you are coming on the day you can also bring a tent and sleep over until the Sunday. So you can have a drink. Or travel over on the Friday 2nd and stay until the Sunday if you are having to travel far to attend, and leave on the 4th. If the police come before errrrrrrm.... Whats the FINE for trespassing...... Just kidding have plenty of room for parking an outside toilet. July 17, 201312 yr 69% sure i'll be attending think it will be a over in the morning job and returning same evening for me as the misses won't be coming and our kid's b'day bash starts at about 8-9 i think

July 19, 201312 yr Author Me too if I get chance I'm going to see if I can speak to some people local to me with Subaru's too. I was going to print some cards as well getting them to come here before with the website on it to see if I could get them to sign up if there parked up just put it under the wipers :)
July 19, 201312 yr yeh, forum flyers, get some cheap business cards made up from vista print, you can get free ones for new businesses starting up, not sure how many and i think you have to pay for postage but better than a kick in the teeth
July 19, 201312 yr Author I was just going to print some off myself :) Start it with "Congratulations on selecting your awesome car" :) an have the website on it with logo did it in my old car club got few people come on laughing about the cards. hopefully wont pi$$ anyone off but you never know some people are funny

July 22, 201312 yr Author Not so far mate I've even gone to the lengths of asking on Scabby. But it's only had about 8 hours with only 47 views so time yet there is scotty I keep meaning to go on his forum and see if any of his lot want to pop down with some of his members for the night. I can't believe how hard it is free food everything other then if you want bring some booze everything is paid for, just can't give it away :D And shouldn't worry about the masks it's the whip that does the damage ;)
