Featured Replies

Hi all I got a jvc kw-xr411 that has a usb port but it doesn't seem to show up when changing sources I used it the other week but I can't find anything online as it's a few years old now so any help would be great

I take it "Aux in " doesn't show up either? Looks like it uses the same channel for both USB and the Aux-In.

Yeah my phone I'm guessing it can't find it cause it doesn't have any storage

What size usb storage device are you trying to plug in ?

Some older stereo's can't read anything above 4gig. Thought mine was broken until I tried smaller capacity sticks which work fine

It's a Bluetooth adapter so doesn't have internal memory I assume it just won't read anything unless it has actual data then? Not to worry I needed an excuse to get a new stereo without the missus whining :)

Ah maybe I know my plug in won't read above 4gig was worth a shot, same with my phone used to be able to upload phone book into head unit but it refuses to read now
