Jones
Greetings! Just bought a 1996 Impreza Estate/Wagon. It's very grandpa-ish right now but just bought a few parts to make it look nicer. It's a non-turbo which is a little disappointing but couldn't complain for £550. Have a very impractical 3-series convertible so needed something a little more family friendly with a large boot since we just bought a Rottweiler, so a saloon/coupe also wasn't practical for my needs. It's a fairly nippy car but will be looking to get a little more power out of it. Few engine upgrades and possibly a remap. I know a remap only releases a few extra horsies but there are other benefits from remapping so it's worth it. One thing I want is a matching silver or black WRX bonnet to make it less granddad and more anti-social looking. Cheers!
stants
Hello &welcome loads of wagon love here ! Remapping on these ain't cheap and for n/a cars the gain wouldn't really be worth it, depends on how deep your pockets are, Better way to go would be weight reduction and handling upgrades arb/droplinks etc. There's loads being broken on the bay so you should be able to pick up some goodies for yours
Steveuk260.Esq
Have to agree. Also it's good to make engine breathing better by putting performance air filter and back box. =_= Regards Steveuk260
