How do I remove this head unit?

Hi all, I want to remove this head unit but am not sure how. I am assuming some keys maybe? Not sure what sort though. New to all this sort of thing. Below is a picture, not great light. The surround comes off but no screws or anything can be seen. Many thanks.

You see those 4 holes on the left and right sides of radio, they're your key holes. You could release it with anything round, long and strong enough to fit in those holes. It will push the clips on the cage and release the Stereo.
