Andy Hayes
Hey all got my 3rd scooby last week and gone turbo after havin 2 sports. Got a 51 bugeye and im hearing loads about leaving the car running for a 30 seconds to 1 min after driving? So is it worth getting a turbo timer are not?? Cheers and any advice would be very grateful.
quit
I wouldn't bother personally If your driving it hard just drive the last mile off boost and it's fine
WideSam
They are quite fun to freak people out in car parks. They are technically illegal if you park your car on the road though and a bit of a faff to fit. Matt's advice is a much easier alternative Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
Gambit
As said with modern cars they're not needed but I have a HKS just because it lights up But I do use it to keep it ticking over so I don't have to keep starting and restarting it if I'm just popping to the shop quick :) So personal preference if you want one really :)
WideSam
Mine's part of a remote starting system, so nothing lights up. The remote starter also doesn't work and the instructions are in Japanese Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk

Phila67
As has already been mentioned Ive always been told that driving off boost for a mile or two is as good as any turbo timer. Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
Tidgy
Better option to drive it steady for the first few and last few miles. Makes sure all fluids get circulated properly and heated/cooled evenly. Save yer money
