Afternoon peeps, I have recently been given an old school scoobie (94 Impreza wagon) which needs some tlc to get her back on the road, and i need to replace the tail lamps, i have found 4 out of the 5 screws but how in the hell do i get to the 5th??? And is there any particular sealent you guys would recommend? 

Also does anyone know anywhere in the south wales area that can recondition starter motors?

But doesnt apply to my vehicle, mine is a 1994 model (possibly older than some of the peeps on here), going by the replacement lights i have theres 5 screws, i can get to 4 (their in the area where the bulbs sit) but the 5th is behind the plastic interior of the boot, and the only way i can see to get to it is to remove it, which would involve removing the rear seatbelt as well..... hope not
