Personally I would steer clear as I wouldn't want to be spraying chemicals into my engine, and I can't imagine there to be any real improvements if your car is serviced properly and regularly, but someone on here may have experience with it that may say different!

I keep thinking about it but not got round to it, subaru actually sell a variant of it called upper engine cleaner. Just can't buy it here

Do it before an oil change though, plenty of vids on YouTube being used on scoobys

Yeah the way I've seen it used is to open one of the vac tubes on the throttle body and pour in when running, supposed to clean the gunk off the valves etc.

Have a look on naioc and forester.org loads of people swear by it there
