Hi all.. looking for some help with my 93 wrx v1 as it keeps getting called on facebook (i thought 'v's were sti only?)

When i picked it up the turbo had been removed and many other bits and bobs. Ive finally got it all back together bar 1 thing. I can see the fpr. I have about 1ft of vacuum line. I have no idea where it goes. Facebook groups have been very helpful with locating other pipes but this one less so. Ive been told it goes onto the throttle body.... the vac line there is not free.  Nore are the 3 ports on top in the middle. Apparently thete is 1 somewhere on the right on the manifold but i cant find it for love nore money.

Can someone please show me where the hell this vac line goes?!

I can't remember exactly where it goes and my current vac line system is far from standard (so I can't pop the bonnet and check) as long as its connected directly to the inlet manifold ( not "t'd" in to another line) it will work fine .

V1 refers to the the year of turbo inlet manifold shape the car uses and ran from 92 to 94😉

Here's a pic of my v3 (97) inlet manifold which runs a slightly different inlet manifold but shows the fpr and vac line.

Maybe someone with a more standard v1 could pop their bonnet and check for you ?

If it's not broke .....upgrade it 😊

Ok so if i run my fpr directly to one of the 3 ports on the top of my manifold i can T those into other things? Atm i have the BOV on the left port. The centre and left ports look to be factory connections so i do not know what they connect to and if i can T into them? Or the one on the top of the throttle body? Is there even another port down on the passenger side of the manifold i have not found yet?

James that blue bit on yours is a fpr bypass that you have to fit when installing a aftermarket fpr .

My current inlet is a reversed intake with extra vac ports and I've binned most of the oe vac line system .

Unfortunately when I removed the oe v1 vac line system I didn't really pay much attention, as I knew I wasn't refitting it .

The fpr vac line keeps the fuel pressure correct , so I wouldn't want anything else drawing from the same line . Just incase it alters the fuel pressure .

Ideally we need someone who has a relatively standard v1 .Or if you can trace the other vac lines back and tell me where they go/post a pic . I should be able to help identify which lines would be ok to "t" together.

If it's not broke .....upgrade it 😊

Sorry didn't explain myself where my adoptor is to the right are two hard lines the smallest is the vac line and the other is the return. (The factory fuel reg is a right angle) You can just about make out the hose clip to the return in the picture it's under that.
