Probably need an administrator of the site to answer this one....

I joined the Subaru Owners Club "Premium Membership" on 22/03/2016, making a £15.95 payment via PayPal.  For this membership I am meant to receive: -

• Exclusive Discounts
• Forum Upgrades
• 2 x official club stickers
• £5 mufflebox voucher
• Halfords Discount Card

To date I have received nothing, can someone please explain?

Just while we're on the topic, how long does it take normally to be delivered? I only purchased premium last week so I have no idea when to expect it

Got the pack today and very impressed with the service to get it sorted out - it was due to a technical glitch.

Will proudly display my stickers tomorrow.
