Outback brake upgrade

Does anybody know if the imprezza 4 pot calipers will fit onto the uprights of an Outback 2014 without modification? I'm looking to improve the brakes as the standards are a little feeble for such a heavy car.  Cheers

tbh the impreza brakes aren't that good either.

A good set of discs, pads and braided brake lines transform the brakes. That's what I did with my impreza and it significantly improved the performance of my 4 pots...
