I recently purchased a gc8 Subaru with a simtek Ecu which is password protected. have left it to a few people and they can't get into it ? Any recommendations? ScooBri Posted November 22, 2016 Share Posted November 22, 2016 The original mapper is probably your best bet. Is it an Alcatek simtek? I've read Alcatek are difficult to get hold of.
