Changed cars and my insurance company will only insure my Sti against theft if it has a tracker ( any - no specific make) !! Anyone got any decent insurers where this isn't an issue???paying £500


When i was with aa they dint mind if it had a tracker am with tesco now and they dont mind if no tracker and when i ask if it made insurance cheaper they said no no never got 1.but i am changing insurance company again this month.

Tracker costs loads and so never get money and most of time not get car back if stolen.

I've had trackers fitted to my last few cars and never got a discount with the insurance company, and to be honest didn't really mind whether I had it or not. One of those was KwikFit and I'm not sure on the other.
