probably needs a wash. anyone ever been pulled over for un-readable number plates? all this cold weather and grit on the roads in Scotland doesn't help...

yeah it is an offence,i use to leave mine but my good old dad allways sneeked out and cleaned dirt from my licence plates and all the light,so now i allways do it also,rest car i usually leave
