WRX vs WRX PPP

Hi,

Thinking of buying my first Impreza, narrowed it down to WRX or WRX PPP Sportswagon Hawkeye version. Need something unmolested and low miles (sub 70k) as I do about 12k a year. 

I have seen a PPP version not too far away at £6300 but have no idea how to value the PPP. Will £5-6k get me a decent 06/07 plate?

dependant on model from a performance perspective the ppp pack tends to be freer flowing intake using panel filter or in some cases a different tube a freer flowing cat back exhaust or back box and a remap - the link has the Prodrive details
