Crispy Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 Just attempted to fit a whiteline adj rear sway bar and found tiebar reinforcement brackets do not align with existing droplink brackets - hole centres are about 2-3mm off. Has anyone else found this??? i dont really want to file and elongate hole in original mount to make fit if I can avoid. Brackets should fit... Cheers
mattiekane Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 Can u post a picture of what you mean? Might make it easier to help you 😊 Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
Crispy Posted June 25, 2017 Author Posted June 25, 2017 Here's a pic. Bracket is only resting there but you can see misalignment.. cheers
stants Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 It's my understanding the bracket is there to strengthen the droplink, What links have you got and do they fit with the rest of it ? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
Piggysniffer Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 It might get a bit closer if you take some of that manky paint/corrosion type stuff out from underneath ? 🤔 Or else just bung a drill through it the size you want the bolt to be
stants Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 I reckon if you slackened off the clamp put the droplink on and put the bolt through the bottom it would align enough then do the clamp up, before attaching the top of the link to the bar Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Crispy Posted July 1, 2017 Author Posted July 1, 2017 Cheers. It's not very photogenic eh?! I've not had a Japanese car over 10 years over that is mind! Turns out the bracket is part of a dodgy batch from the US. I'm blaming trump and waiting for the replacements to arrive,
