Plastic cable covers

Around what I think is the MAF sensor cable there is a flexibility plastic cover that has split and had tape wrapped round it wondered if this is something that some of you may have replaced at some point?

 

Any help or suggested products would be much appreciated

I think both of my classics had tape around the "flexi trunking" that covers the maf wires and some of the engine loom .

I think its factory fitted to seal the ends of the trunking . When i did my newage coilpack conversion i covered the "pig tail" wires with some flexi trunking that halfrauds sell by the mtr , think it's normally used for audio installs .

I got it off eBay.subaru engine dress up kit.you get 3 diffrent size conduit to do all your wiring.just pick the colour kit its about £20 for kit.
