Scooby monkey
Hi all, not been on here for ages but thought this was worth sharing. Being a mechanic I see loads of different cars and obviously parts. One thing that jumped out at me was the front roll bar links on Audi A6's. They're very similar to the rear C shaped links on the rear of wrx's (mines a blob eye so not 100% on earlier / later models). So I've just finished installing a pair of Audi links on the back end of my wrx. Only addition needed is a 10mm washer to take up the slack on track arm mount. I also drilled another hole next to the original on the bar to make it a little stiffer. Made a world of difference. Best bit is the whiteline arb links are £150+ and the Audi links are about £25 each. Eurocarparts keep them in good quality brands along with powerflex bushes so I'd recommend them on price. I also fitted the front wishbone caster correction bushes - also from euros - HALF the price of anywhere online!
