Hi, i just bought a w reg subaru turbo and a high pitch ringing noise has started coming from the dashboard constantly even when i disconnect the battery. has anyone any ideas on how to stop it please its driving me mental

Is it just when you are driving or still doing it when stood still. If you can I know it's a bit of a pain any chance you could get a video of it and post it. So we can hear it please. :)

yup a video or recording of the sound could help a lot with the diagnosis

cheers guys just been out to it and the noise has stopped thank god and the battery wasn't flat :) my phones broke so i couldn't record the noise but can only describe it as like white noise, not loud but sort of high pitched and annoying and it was constant even when it was parked up. Anyway it's gone thank god :) cheers
