March 2, 20196 yr Hi to all just sold my RX7 FD, getting far too old to get in and out now. and bought a Subaru Impreza Sports Wagon (much more comfort for my old bones,) amazing condition, i know nothing about these engines, so can anyone tell me from the pic what mods have been done, what you can see external, can see the hoses have been done and airbox. thanks
March 2, 20196 yr welcome mainly dress up stuff by the looks of it, header tank, pipes changed (blue ones), chrome battery cover, chrome fuse box cover, oil filler cap, belt cover, carbon dipped air feed and some of the chrome covered bits, dump valve and strut brace.
March 6, 20196 yr just make sure you do regular QUALITY oil changes with genuine Subaru filters... what year is it ?
March 6, 20196 yr Author 2007 How often is best to change the Oil (Make?) and Filter, i changed my oil in my RX7 every three months or 3000 miles. Thanks
March 6, 20196 yr Welcome! With regards your oil changes, if you’re in a good habit of doing it that often anyway, you’re best to stick to it! I tend to use Millers, Opie Oils have a club discount if you get it through them 👍
