Towbar is stuck on old legacy Help

Hi, I have a Subaru legacy in 1997 with a detachable towbar that i cant get loose, i guess the rust have made it stuck. Do you have any tips how to remove it?

Wotcha and welcome I would be soaking in penetrating oil for 24 hours then a few taps with a mallet to loosen things up

Thanks! I guess i should be able to drag out the "sprint" on the right? But now it dont move at all.
