Sounds like a good bunch of extras that! Are the engine internals upgraded at all from stock do you know?

And FMIC = front mounted intercooler

Looks like I can see the intercooler in the bumper in that first pic. Can't quite make it out since its cut off in the pic and not straight on so could be mistaken.

Oh yes it's made it in my top 10 car's :D

The Impreza RB320 takes its name from the late 2001 World Rally Champion, Richard Burns, combined with the car’s horsepower So you are right with the 320 part. Their also limited amount of them not sure what that is I just want one :D

Really? Learn something new everyday, that's pretty cool! I like that.

I think thats what I liked most about them. Everything that prodrive made for the RB320 can be bought now so could easily make any STI the same spec really but the seats are black leather with the RB orange badge you can't get among a few other limited thing's unless someone breaks one ofc. I've seen one that someone had crashed :( almost made me cry

Thats just the front grill kit that comes as standard on the RB320.

I may be corrected here but I think that only 320 RB320's were made, which if correct makes it pretty rare.

Thats correct but I would say there is less then that now :( I've seen one crashed not sure if it was rebuilt or not.

The parts fitted to the RB320 came to around £6K if bought separately, but Subaru only asked and extra £3K over the STI for the car.

That and the fact they were a limited run made sure they sold out fast.

No engine internals are upgraded on the RB320 as basically it is the Subaru approved Prodrive kit fitted to the STI

All I can say is I'm a little bit jealous  ;)

Nothing to be jealous of mate.

All the Impreza's are a great car to drive, and that is what the cars are all about, and why I keep coming back.

I will have one one day just a little bit out of reach for me at the minute like the 22B but think I've more chance of marring Megan Fox

I thought I may as well say hello again on here, after a long (too long) spell away.

Unfortunately I had to sell me RB320 though thankfully to a good mate, due to me moving house and having a young 1 at the same time.

By god I wish I had known how much these would go up in value (as always with future classic cars). I'd have kept it and lived on bread and jam the last few years.

Anyway, having now settled and the young 1 is now grown a fair bit, I was hankering for yet another Subaru. This will be my 4th.

I pick this up on Friday and can't wait to get back in the seat of a proper car again.
