Upgrade discs sti

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Have to replace front discs on my sti m/y 2011. I have brembo set up but can't get any drilled/ slotted from them? Have looked at EBC, but no recommendations as yet and can you mix there discs with existing brembo 4 pot callipers, will stick with any make as I gradually upgrade the whole breaking system.

Any suggestions,

Many thanks,

Rob

I have used EBC in the past and not had issues, I use EBC pads and also dont have issues but I know some people on social media will have different opinions.

I would avoid the drilled option as I had drilled and grooved but found cracks appearing at the holes also they blocked up with brake dust quite easily so in effect became pointless.

There are various options (as you have probably found) for grooved discs.
