My Hawkeye WRX 2007 just done 50K miles and the rear knocking noise has started. Original parts. I would not mind lowering it a bit but it my is Daily Driver so I am not turning it into a race car. What do any you recommend as a good replacement front and back? Is the pedders kits any good?

It really annoying when I have people in the back. I will spray with grease to temp stop it.
