Impreza Boxer Diesel my2010 clutch replacement

Hi All,

I do own a subaru impreza 20d GH3 my2010, EE20, 130'000 KM.

The clutch is at the bottom of the barrell, and considering the actual cost of used cars, replacing is cheaper than buying another used one.

What I was wondering is, how delicate is the flywheel in thoose models? Considering it cost as twice as the clutch kit, is it worth to replace it? flywheel I'm considering is: https://www.autodoc.co.uk/sachs/1219845

 

How long usually last the whole work?

Check the condition of the flywheel when you take it apart - If in good condition just pay to get it skimmed and then reuse but you will not know until you take it apart.
