does anyone the best place to get parts for an 08 ej257 sti hatcback. hardy any stores sell both forged conrods and forged pistons. might have to be an eBay job.

for a high performance build is it best to keep to oe compression ratio the best i can using the correct head gasket size that clear the piston.

It depends on the way you want to go, higher compression lower boost or lower compression higher boost

If you want high compression low boost talk to Alyn at AS performance as he has some bespoke Mahle pistons specifically for that purpose
