3 new quality control issues - alleged, on some new Subies

MrSubaru1387 states that there are some recently reported issues with new Subarus, related to:

1. CVT (again!)

2. Silicon, (not enough) in seals causing oil leaks

3. Silicon (too much!) in seals, causing engine damage.

It seems Subaru (in the US anyway) are being very proactive in trying to sort this.
