Craig123 Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Hi I have a ej257 which had a piston fault and has cause a dent at the top of the cylinder wall. I wondering if anyone has had there cylinder walls rebored and sleeved back to standard size, and also if I could have a rough cost as I'm ,weighing up my options, thanks
Tidgy Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 Alot, plus risk of them dropping, unless your going mega power not worth it. What are your long term plans? how far do you want to go power wise?
Craig123 Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 Yh I agreed with you, decided to get another block instead, as the car is my daily
Tidgy Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 Might be worth having the block closed deck converted while its apart, just depends on how much you wanna spend. i've got a forged, closed decked 2.5 in mine
