Call me old fashioned, but I can't be arsed*d investing time in using my phone to organise satnav.  I don't want to pay the bill either.

So here's the question.  Is there a double din head unit that has satnav built in?

Any ideas?

I would have thought an android headunit can use google maps, which tbh i find far better than tom tom (Got two saton my shelf gathering dust as i havnt used them in years)
