what is a best oil to use for transmission and diff please?

Oilman (Tim) of Opie oils will point you in the right direction - might even be able to sort some forum discount for you

Even though it's not a turbo I would still use full synthetic to be safe not sure what the milage is but Subaru say 0w-20 But as Jay has said Oilman/Tim is spot on I would give him a PM just tell him I sent told you too if you like ;)
