I believe it's called the Rat look, and they let it go that ginger rust colour then put a clear top coat on... Not for me ;) And I would be safer swinging an angle grinder around whilst turned on by the wire :) But would be interested to see it being done to be fair after seeing those picture's of the Range rover. :)
