its easy, make sure there cleaned first to ger rid of wax, and build the coat up slowly, if you get a matte effect dont worry its fresh paint landing ontop of the wet paint. use a heat gun to speed up the process.

Have you got many pics of classic lights ?

As I'm thinking of retro fitting the preface lights but , haven't seen many aftermarket choices .

No sorry I ment early classic preface .

it's a 94 sti with a facelift crystal front end but, I'm thinking about putting the preface back on .

Looking for something tinted black ideally

Not really tinted the front lights before, I know fly eyes is a legal way but not sure if you would like the look of them, have you got any close up pics of your crystal lights at the minute?

Not really a lot you could do with them, may be able to spray the inside parts black but it would only be around the edges, could also possibly fit some sort of LED bulbs in a line like drls
