as pictures say more the words, M25 clockwise, 13:50, 21/2/14, around reference pole A 76.6 (between juct 10/11)

black merc likes to change lane where i was driving and then acutally likes to keep driving. thanks to the guy in a company van who stoipped the merc and is my witness.

not much damage as a scuff but like to check it out behind the bumper. my first accident on 32 years of motoring!

Looking at the scuff & still very good looking alignment of bumper I would suspect no further damage beside perhaps a few broken or popped clips, slightly twisted fixing holes for the bumper fixing.

Has it scuffed the wheel arch slightly as well ! certainly annoying but luckily the prick got stopped & hopefully will suffer some heavier insurance premiums & you get your car back to as was condition at a top quality repair shop.

Glad nobody was hurt

But think shouldn't be too bad but I guess until you take it off it's hard to tell :(

And least you have a witness :) and 32 years of motoring and 1st accident least it wasn't your fault :) And you did well I had 2 crashes in car before I'd even got a licence :D

after talking with the marc driver he agreed to pay for the damages so canceled the insurance claim.

as one of the things i know about these insurance companies is that when you made a claim NOT EVEN YOUR FAULD they will make your premium higher! happened to my missus when she was rear ended while standing still for a red traffic light.

We got stung that way as well - also a relative got stung with the windscreen replacement thing - doesn't affect your no claims 'my !Removed!!'

He sounds like a class A prick trying to just drive off, lucky for man with the van really. At least he decided to pay for it. And no one was hurt. Thankfully I have never had to make a claim yet....
