BoozyDave Posted March 24, 2014 Share Posted March 24, 2014 cracked screen :( I've got a small dash top heater for in my work van, saw windscreen was frozen this morning so I plugged it in 10 mins before I was due to leave. somehow it moved out of it's holder and rested against the screen, when I went to go out I spotted a crack in the screen :(, on my journey to work it has been snakeing it's way across the screen. oh well, £90 excess, not too bad Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gambit Posted March 24, 2014 Share Posted March 24, 2014 One of my old work vans the heaters didn't work and the water bottle had a hole in the bottom. I used to have to chuck coffee over it whilst driving along :D never cracked the screen once ;) But gutted I take it must have been a small chip in the screen somewhere to have cracked like that :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So I took it to autoglass, the chap took one look at it and said it was an old chip that they have already repaired.
