Good roads in Somerset

As title says really, on holiday with the family next week and interested in any good roads, will be staying up near the exmoor national park so anything around there?

It's been years since i was down that way. If they are anything like the devon country roads expect really high hedges and very narrow roads tractors and having to reverse alot. Oh and really scratchy brambles : '(. Up on exmoor should be better more open and easily sighted roads, just be on the lookout for rouge animals.
