  1. So not worth an email to try then :( And he sounds just like the person I would like to advertise for. I might email him and ask him if it's ok if we post something on his behalf with a link he can check then :)
  2. Bruges stunning place I know not in the same country but I want to go to Prague next look's amazing and I love historic places always have.
  3. Hi mate glad you found your way over here always a pleasure to see other's from the meet joining up and looked like it was a great turn out from the pictures :D Hopefully once I've got my end in some sort of shape and the weather picks up a bit I will pop over myself to meet everyone. I've met Martin before and a couple of others that was there when I was having some work done, so apologies if you was there at that time :)
  4. Do you think he would sign up on the forum so we can get him to reply to local members ?
  5. http://www.subaruservicingyorkshire.co.uk/ 5heffield 5ubaru 5ervice Ltd Unit 36 Clement Street Attercliffe Sheffield South Yorkshire S9 5DX FACEBOOK Right in the aim to try build a catalogue of garages from around the UK to help members find places I'm going to start pinning some so they don't get lost. Also at least if anyone wants to ask any questions can be done here or directed here for Martin in this case to reply :D 555 ltd Is highly recommended by most members here at S.O.C Inc myself. If you own a Subaru and live in or around Sheffield I wouldn't look any further than Sheffield Subaru Service. Martin, the owner was very personable almost like I had been best mates with him for years, and took much of his own time to discuss my car with me. He had great advice for keeping my car healthy now and down the road. The work speaks for itself too. I travelled 152 miles round trip to have a clutch done and he worked really quick to get me back on the road as soon as he could, and now covered many miles and still going great. The cost was cheaper than anyone near me would do it for that I knew with mates rates hence why I traveled that far. I also wanted to meet him with allowing us to use the garage as a place for local meets :) But above all he is honest as they come, won't take more time than he needs and does quality work. He had to do some extra work on my car too at no additional cost. Great ownership and satisfactory work. And a pleasure to now know him :)
  6. Nope as jay said not heard anymore from it. Can't think why
  7. But on a Corsa it looks and sounds wrong so it's fine. See
  8. I'm thinking I might PM Cusco on here for my front breaks to be sorted or get a set off him I'm just not getting the time to look at mine and I know my fronts sticking and warped the discs I've also gone through 2 sets of pads in no time :(
  9. Wish my postman would bring me presents this time of year :( Just bills at the minute ;) And two weeks like you said wasn't a job you was rushing yourself so worth the wait with discount :) And I'm sure plenty of other stuff can be getting on with in the mean time on the car too.
  10. If you just want to change the colour use a pen to colour it or anything that you can wrap it with that will allow light to pass through :) And I do have a serious side. I get told a lot I quote "You don't know Jack **** do you?" And took that seriously. So I went to find out who Jack **** is. Jack **** is actually the only son of Awe ****, who married O ****, the owners of Knee Deep n' **** ltd. had 6 beautiful children: Holy ****, Giva ****, Fulla ****, Bull **** and the twins, Deep **** and Dip ****. Deep **** married Dumb ****, A College drop out. That was as far as I found I was wiping it down on **** paper, as the police came busting through the door and had to flush the evidence before I got in a Lota ****. But now you know I am a serious person really.
  11. I've been in an earthquake too is the craziest thing ever like you felt like my legs was drunk but head was clear. And I hadn't been drinking
  12. Safe to say you would be using nearly all that 67p a mile up with a turbo :) And I wouldn't trust anyone who says I will keep off the happy pedal, once you try it's too addictive. Be like Philip Seymour Hoffman left in a room with a bag of brown.... <<< Too soon
  13. Don't blame you I'm no good at waiting for stuff never mind having it and not fitting it when it's all new and shiney :D
  14. I couldn't tell you anything about them :( I just used to mess about chatting with a few people was to young to understand when my Dad was running a club I know he did treasure hunts with others in the cars around the UK on a Sunday. But thats when you could go to the pub drink a barrel full and drive home :D I know my Grandads stuff was all really good stuff I kept a digital hand scanner just because I could listen to the police radios. :D
  15. i.e around the corner then :D No looked like a spot on turnout good to see this time of year I'm too wimpy for the cold :) That reminds me I want to speak to Lincoln council about an event :) todo list tomorrow now

  18. Hi matt welcome to S.O.C And thanks for sharing the pictures looks spot on :) And not a skyline in site just the way I like it

  20. It costs nothing to enter so might as well :)
  21. Cheers mate, it keeps life interesting what more can I say ;)
  22. Not sure myself going to be a busy and stressful year for me this one. At this moment in time I don't even know where I will be living :) Missus is looking at a job as she was made redundant after 11 years from her employment, and is now looking at a job in Lincoln so if she gets that, and the farm I live on being broken down and sold off by other parties that have a share in it forcing a move anyway. So Holiday this year I doubt I will get one unless everything falls into place with in the next few months.
  23. I played about with CB's as a kid. My dad ran a CB club they had in cars and my Grandfather used to be at sea but always kept in touch with the ships via loads of CB's and scanners. But never kept any of them :(
  24. Nearly had a full on corn field in the back of yours :)
  25. Tough one I do like the gold. For me it's Titanium or gold
