UK300 Head Lights
Should be fine, I would even get a small bit of wood and put that against them on the inside of the bonnet just give it a few heavy taps, least with the wood you balance the force out over a bigger coverage :)

UK300 Head Lights
All the clips and stuff from memory was from the grill side. The only thing on the wing side I can think that would hold it is the seal. If everything else is undone should just need popping out. I tapped mine until I got mad and gave it a bit of a crack and that was it came out :)

Did you try through our insurance, should get a 15% discount on it too being a club member :) http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/insurance/ But to be fair one thing I will never understand is the pricing of insurance. If I didn't know better I'd have said the bankers or the government are behind it.

UK300 Head Lights
I'd just double check but I'm sure I only had the 3 holding them in i know I was about 2 hour's trying to get them off though ended up giving it a bit of a thump from behind and that was it came loose.

I think 18's are the best size you can have for a daily drive atleast I'm sure others may beg to differ

I don't think it's bad, the spoiler wouldn't worry me I'd only get rid for an STI version spoiler anyway. from the pictures it all looks clean and tidy. The fact he won't come down on the price could be a good thing. mileage I've seen people at near 200k miles without engine rebuilds had someone sign up last year that was pushing 185k miles from new. But know what you mean I have a thing about cars with 100k miles on scares me :D

running problem

Jay would be ideal to go with you if you can cover the cost and as said would give you the chance to get further a field. Or like matt said train I've done that before I went with a mate he wanted to tag along which I didn't mind. :D

I'd be careful with what he's said about the Prodrive pack it's more likely just had a back box fitted

Looks good I'd maybe keep the rear lights I don't mind them but would want tinted windows :D I love tinted windows, have to get the rust sorted out but not the end of the world and would say be hard pushed to find many now that don't have it around that age on the rear arches. Bit more than I would have wanted to pay but I'm pretty bad with prices always want things cheap :D But would want to see the car with 130k miles and see paperwork for clutch and other work
