  1. I would say you wouldn't get bubbles from it anyone who has a business will do a good job even with the cheaper stuff. but if it helps my mate works for these http://www.totally-dynamic.co.uk/go/franchisees/lincolnshire-totally-dynamic-franchisee.html He's self employed but works for them if that makes sense. if i see him on Monday I can ask or give him a ring.
  2. Very nice make the trip down south that bit more fun and worthwhile i think ;)
  3. Yeah that was by far the best thing about it I don't care for the results that on it's own looked fun. I might wait until I'm at an event or a meet then bang some through :D
  4. Have to let us know if it helps, hopefully will help with the gear changes a bit more :)
  5. I'm going with price, but thought they was good tyres when I used them before :)
  6. Worth getting them balanced and tracked up if it's not been done for awhile, check tyre pressures to try to have them as even all round as possible. Funny how that can make a unbalance feel a lot worse just being 5 psi lower
  7. Well I was reading up on metals not sure what the ones Pete has but if it's Forged Alloy it's dame strong and cheap to make, I might get some that I'm watching but not sure to go red with the calipers
  8. Like the sound of that least we can help with the verdict ;)
  9. I'm waiting for a price too :) But i did warn him i would try push work his way when possible ;)
  10. Sounds like my week took the alternator off to swap the Oil pressure sensor over and couldn't budge it in the time scale I had so had to roughly put it all back :( But did get to wash the car today so thats a + I guess :) But at least you know you wasn't on your own as a bad weeks goes :)
  11. Haha And echo Jays comment pictures otherwise it never happens or in Dogs case Schrödinger's cat :D
  12. What sort of power gains are you after mate above 400BHP or less :)
  13. Welcome to S.O.C Plenty of classic owners on here. And like matt said what model have you got ? Picture are always welcome here too ;)
  14. Congratulations mate look forward to seeing the pictures. The noise they makes pretty amazing isn't it ;) And if you notice other subaru drivers will flash their lights at you or wave it's normal it's like a big family thing :)
  15. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C And he's a good banana Dave :) I'm guessing silly me telling you about any meets that are in place. But please feel free to have a look around the forums and join in pretty laid back here up for a laugh, so I'm sure if you are friends with dave you will fit right in here :)
  16. Non on here otherwise I'd have to beat them with my 12" strapon :D
  17. Very nice I bet it sounds mint. I know I passed a red one with the blokes kids in the back with the windows down was at slow speed with both gave each other a tune of the exhausts I did love the sound of the Holden but judging his kids faces they liked mine more :D
  18. The black works for me also but I like the gold more :)
  19. Haha I bet it is I love the sound of them too :) I'd have said yes it was aloud if i could just to see a picture of it :D
  20. I agree with the vinyl wrapping my mate who does it was telling me about the types you can get. the Cheap stuff will always try to straighten it's self over time to try go back into its original shape like an elastic band does. But the better stuff is made to stay in it's shape once it's molded and stuck down he did say it's quicker and easier to fit too the good stuff so will end up with a better quality finish
  21. Better safe than sorry thats what I say mate, I know how easy it is to break bit's or clips when taking bit's off for the 1st time :D And least it's out now with nothing broken ;)
  22. I agree I may have to email and complain :D
  23. Gutted been nice to see though. But yeah it's Jap cars only, Ideally just Subarus for us but I don't mind letting some other makes on Boot's can get them put to theback out the way so the subarus can sit at the front :D
  24. Coolio As long as it's Japanese mate I don't mind. But if it's a Holdon the Security at Japfest will make him go park up in the carpark and refuse entry on the stand with it. Their rules not mine, and feel free to get as many as you want mate more the merrier :D
