It is possible but it's harder to get a good seal again. I had the same problem and ended up with a new front and rear after market set What can I say I couldn't help myself ;)

They look alright from the profile picture that I can see but if you're not happy with them then I agree they need to be changed :D

I would say Ebay or scrap yards, might have one. If it's for an MOT always worth having a word with some people, you might get lucky or have a friend of a friend that knows someone who knows someone. that will be happy to errrrm forget to use your car and use one that will pass the test if you know what I mean ;)
