  8. Just seen this posted on facebook 2001 - 2007 WRX Impreza Coil Overs. Brand New & Boxed. Adjustable camber plates all round. Not a brand new set of ANY MAKE on the market available at this price !
  9. I'd look at anti lag for that myself. Mind you I want it anyway that I can turn off or on when I want ;) I've only ever done a few track days, so full on launches like you want I've not really done apart from some small ones off the light's to beat the ***** at the side of me :D But this is what seems to work best so be a matter of trying it yourself. Rev up the engine to about 4500, then lift your foot off the accelerator completely as you let the clutch out 1/2 way, as you watch the rpm drop to about 3600 or so floor it and release the clutch all the way, And sit back well be pushed back into the seat and enjoy the ride :)
  10. I agree with the grill. Just look at Adams profile picture :D Both look nice though mate bit of a scrape on the front bumper I see but noting bad. I can see why your Missus married you now. You have good taste ;)
  11. Should get them to come join the forums some sound advice I am joking by the way ;)
  12. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C Think the questions been answered :D
  13. I would get a 2nd engine priced up with fitting and workout which is cheaper in the long run, you said it would take a week if you have the rebuild so gives you a bit of time . But as Jay said depends on how much you like the car I guess. £1200 seem's about the right price for te head to be done as said in the other post. And not tell them I wont tell you what or what not to do. I wouldn't myself but I'm the sort that gives the car an oil change new breaks and pads before I sell it :D
  14. I knew I'd seen it :D
  15. Tropic thunder ?
  16. This is true and it did well from the engine rebuild nearly 68K miles ago now and done track days and fun in the snow with it. It's lasted well :D Then belt's be the next one :(
  17. I agree it's a snatch if you have the know how or a friend that can help out with it auto gearbox :( . Nice find though :)
  18. mine will be a new clutch when I find time I can get free to go :(
  19. It's one of them annoying one's I recognize :D
  20. I used the side of a cage once that looked ok angle grinder and just cut it to the size I needed ;) then drilled some holes for the licence plate. :D
  21. No sorry it's not a waste :D
  22. 2nd Adam's comment ;) And why didn't you buy Adams auto off him ;)
