I've been called much worse things ;)
No worry's mate hope it works :D
And I would just get a bluetooth ODBII reader and torque pro app to clear the codes :)
Happens a lot that. I've heard some people just use a knuckle with the socket it worked for me but was still a Barsteward. Not sure if it's the same as a classic shape impreza but have some pictures of it being changed
Yeah it's always worth clearing the codes to see if they come back but I would say you do have a problem and the code will come back.
It could be the MAFS but leave that for now as I've found you can buy one and it not sort the problem and then got another one and it stopped the 2nd hand one I bought was faulty :(
Next thing be worth clean is the ICV
I agree I've seen so many people say that's it I'm selling and just getting a van or a Ford. And seen them buy another about a year later :D longest I've seen was 8 years but we all come back at some stage :D
Hi mate welcome to S.O.C
And I agree very nice looking motor. And please feel free to have a look around the forums and join in if you wish good bunch on here. Some better then others :D I'm just kidding their all good ;)
Not sure with your car myself. The coil packs was easy enough to remove on my car but the dam plugs makes me just want to slam my head in between the bonnet :D
Hi mate welcome to S.O.C
Do you have two fob's by chance I know with my car if I use the key to unlock or lock the car and try start it it wont start or sets the alarm off but the other fob works fine. I'm not sure why it does that I just use the one fob now :D
Yep with water sorry mate was busy as hell yesterday. Once you done it have a look at other thing's have you cleared the code for it to come back. I'd rather try all the free options before :D
Hi mate welcome to S.O.C
Sounds like you have a nice can and worth spending the cash on. I take it, it runs fine no noises. Best thing to do is share some pictures. We like pictures here :D
And we can get a better idea I guess
