Hi and Welcome mate For a misfire can be a few thing's. But I would risk it might be a dirty spark plug to sensors or a bad coil pack. But with that mileage and PPP and if the price is right I wouldn't worry about it as long as it's the car you want :)

I know the MOT is funny with the lights now. Can be bright to dim, if you can't adjust them, or if you have Hid's and the washers don't work, they all result in a fail. Dam the EU ;) Other then putting after market lights on the car I never done any tints to the lights. But you just reminded me I was going to look at getting some LED side light bulb's... What a prick and not even offered some cash back even if it was £100 better then nothing. But I agree would make me mad, but nothing you can do about it other then a small claims and we know how they go could end up costing more :( well least you have parts if needed from the old engine and what you don't use can be resold to get a small amount back I guess :(
