  1. By the looks of it a few people have done this already. I still wouldn't myself but that's me. Apparently you can have brass straws fitted in to the inlet manifold to deliver the gas direct to the valves, that helps keep the power there. But I would always recommend going to company who knows there stuff. And look to see where you can fill up. My local fill up place is miles away :)
  2. Be the same for me So feel the pain got mine end of next month too.
  3. Looking great nice and clean too I noticed :)

  14. No that will be the shoes you drive in :) AWD will drink a bit more then a FWD car say. But if the injectors was a bit dirty over the newer one you might see a small increase. But I'm guessing will be about the same. Sorry to say :)
  15. Key thing there was the music :) yep time well spent I say 2 :D
  16. Have to let us know what they say be interesting to see why its separating like it is. But I would have thought the plumbing being wrong would make the car have more problems by now
  17. Any belts your changing like said before is easy while it's out. other then that I would get in there and clean it. But like Jay I suffer a little bit of car OCD :)
  18. Woop-Woop!! what I like to hear. So this week 3 scoobs went out on the front line came back injured, and should all be fighting fit again by the weekend or early next week :D
  19. I would lose the fogs I think but saying that I've not done that to mine ;) I also need a new pipe to my filter when it was in the garage some Muppet never replaced it
  20. Hi mate welcome to the forums. And if I do say so myself you found the best place to join for your 1st time :) And as for the problem I've heard nothing myself either. And have no idea what the course would be to make that happen. I'm interested to what they say it is. I'm not trying to scare you but might be just a problem car. My Dad had a Granada Scorpio many year ago, and that had a problem of burning oil quick and smoking really badly even though it was a new car. Ford had there top engineers on it, my Dad went through 26 other cars that ford had to give him while they tried to sort it from, Maverick escort soft top and my favourite of them all the Probe 3.0ltr V6 :) I can't remember the total time they had the car but they did everything inc a full engine swap and it still had the same problem In the end I think they gave him the newer full extra pack ford sierra sapphire.
  21. Result mate. And think it's best way like for like
  22. Looks alright mate how have you fixed it in or is it just sat in place at the minute ? and vents always look nice :)
  23. My brothers Skyline did something like that but he was filling up petrol when it did it :D Was his own fault for racing it with out letting it warm up
