my opinion : Sell the car on ebay, that seems pretty strait forward fix then sell spares seperate unless they are to repair said problems then that might help the sale

Angel eye lights simple = bin !! Crystals go for about 40 quid -
Possible find a half decent turbo wagon for 2k

yeah its not a simple reprogram fob thing, remember vauxhalls used to be put ignition on and press the lock button twice and it will do it mine is taking ages to arm / disarm !
