  1. Fugly cars [emoji40] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Those 2 both look lovely....nice colours too IMO. If you decide you want the new shape, it'd have to be a 3.6 model for me [emoji41]without doubt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Cheers mate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. £54?....for our gen? I try to avoid tow bar cars personally, but don't think it'd be a problem with an outback Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. You can find that on the same page mate, or there's one on the bay at £87 plus £7p+p [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Higher tax band for that second one mate :( July-06 registered I'll see what I can find on the trader later, if I get a chance ;)
  7. Mesh grille as requested mate: http://subaru-outback.sgpetch.co.uk/pages/accessories/detail/model=310/category=ROOT-exterior/accessory=Front+Mesh+Grille/id=8766 :D
  8. Our other car is currently a short term lease to get us to delivery of our new lease car through my work. We currently have a Vauxhall Ampera, but will be taking delivery of a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV in September Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. And a parrott Bluetooth system.....it's an addiction, I swear [emoji14] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Oh yes....also want a rear bumper protector and have seen a mesh grille that I'd love one day [emoji41] when I'm feeling rich haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Brave move with the leather [emoji33] I'm still in the process of adding little enhancements to mine. So far I've added a boot tray, dog guard and last weekend some mudflaps I sourced from USA. Got upgraded headlight bulbs to fit yet and leather cleaner to use, as well as touch up paint for the 2 or 3 stone chips. I've already had a marathon session of claying, polishing and waxing and she looks so good for it....you could have struck a match on the paint before that [emoji33] Think my first real goodie will be a stainless steel exhaust system....next year sometime hopefully [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Tar and chip is cost cutting to the extreme.....I'd rather have potholes to negotiate personally. At least you can pick your way through them [emoji35] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Good stuff mate, you won't be disappointed. Majik should be along at some point too and he'll be only to happy to advise and sing it's praises too. I've seen a few late 55s since I bought mine last month with circa 60k on the clock for under 6 grand. I do love my blue with cream leather combo too, but colour is always a personal thing [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Welcome to the ranks! I can defo recommend the petrol autos....silky smooth. The 3.6 would be my choice, but road tax @ £485 would be painful. If your not too fussed about a slightly older car, why not go for a late 55 or pre 23 march 2006 registered 06 plate 3.0 auto. A low mileage one can be had for under £6k if you look around and are prepared to travel. The 3 litre is also chain driven, so no cam belt change to worry about. Tax for pre 23 march 06 cars is £285. As with all scoobs, a full history is worth it's weight in gold. Most outbacks have this, so that shouldn't limit your choice much. Hope that helps to start you off mate [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Indeed! [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Hehe yeah, that'll do it [emoji6] This ones a no go though I'm afraid as is on my daughters birthday. Hope to get to NBO plus others next year though [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. OMFG!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Fair play mate, that was just what I'd been told by people supposedly 'in the know' lol
  19. Good man [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. From what I've read elsewhere it's not as good as 'the real stuff' and darn expensive too. You dilute the real stuff, whereas you can't with this. Snow foam and a top quality lance are on my list before winter comes [emoji2] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I prefer not to have the **** from the bottom of the tank running through my engine. That's my main motivation, although I understand the weight argument too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I've run a couple of tanks of momentum now and am getting about +1.5 mpg. Even that's enough to offset the extra 5p per litre, so I intend to use it from now on. Economically beneficial and better for the engine too...... Win win!! [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. New car, new user name....all change!! [emoji6][emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Sounds like a seal has gone or something like that for your rear wipe nozzle. Are you a tall chap, hence needing seat low? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Hehe cool, I'll be eyeballing all 47's now too then haha [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
