  3. This unit is currently on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=281385517930 I'm assuming it would fit in my outback where the cubby hole cover is located at the top centre of my dash: http://s23.postimg.org/mthnx8bmv/Pic_11.jpg Is anybody able to advise how easy this would be to fit and any additional wiring I'd need? I currently have the factory fitted 6cd changer / cassette combo in place. I've asked the seller if any cables come with it - just waiting for a response. Any help appreciated as always :)
  4. This morning I've looked at her proudly out of the window, gleaming in the summer sun.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Saw my spare has a brand spanker Yoko on
  6. Don't think so mate
  7. I agree...something I like to see too. Will probs end up with OEM rear set from eBay and new front set from stealer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. £122 for the full set, but some rears on eBay for £40 at minute. Full set delivered from USA is £97, but would I have to pay import duty on top of that? The eBay seller suggests as much Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. As above really....been quoted £80! by local stealer to fit a set of OEM guards. It can't be that difficult, surely?
  10. Yeah mate, it was me who asked the questions posted on the listing. It's from 2002 model so don't think will fit. Thanks for letting me know though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Give me a few months fella......need a rest! :P Thanks for the compliment :)
  13. I wouldn't know mate.....[emoji14] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. As well as the clay, I used meguiars ultimate compound to remove a fair few imperfections in the paint, including these finger print stains... Before.... And after Before.... And after Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. In 2005: £12,250 for a manual 2.5-litre S on a 2005 05 plate, with the automatic model tacking another £500 onto that sum. Opt for the better equipped SE and you'll need to cough up around £13,200 for a manual and around £14,200 for an automatic, again on the 05 plate. The range-topping models are the Outback 3.0R, which opens at around £16,200 for an 05 plater and the Rn which costs around £17,000.
  16. 9 hours of washing, claying, polishing and waxing later......... ......and sleeping beauty has been awoken
  17. If anyone needed convincing about claying, take a look at what has just come off the first square foot of my new outbacks bonnet... [emoji33] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Cheers Alan....are they the primacy 3's? Michelins are generally rated among the best tyres so do let me know how they perform as time goes on
  19. I thought I'd start collecting opinions from you all on the tyres you are currently running and how happy you are with them in terms of grip, wear rate, noise and efficiency. I don't think I'll be ready for new one's for at least 12 months, but these look like a leading contender based on my research so far: http://www.mytyres.co.uk/cgi-bin/rshop.pl?dsco=110&cart_id=29745645.110.19739&Breite=215&Quer=55&Felge=17&Speed=V&Load=94&kategorie=&ranzahl=4&tyre_for=&x_tyre_for=&Ang_pro_Seite=50&weiter=50&sort_by=preis&rsmFahrzeugart=ALL&search_tool=vnpsearch&Label=C-B-70-2&details=Ordern&typ=R-228023 Look decent at £87 a corner, fitted. I know other owners on this forum are or have been very happy with Falken's before. Anyway, what are you all running and hiw happy are you with them? Cheers folks
