This has really caught my interest now, so I've looked into the relevant details: Forester (03-08) PCD 5x100 Centre bore 56.1 Offset 48 Mounting Nut/lug 12x1,25 Tyre sizes 205/70/15, 215/60/16, 215/55/17, 225/45/18, 235/35/19 Impreza (01-07) only difference is Offset of 55 Impreza WRX STi (00-05) only difference is Offset of 53 So the only question now is what does in mean in easy to understand terms to go from an offset of 48 to 53 or 55?

Sorry to jump on this, but would impreza wheels fit my n/a 03 forester. If so, what size....16's? From what I remember the offset is different, but are they similar enough? Found it in the engine bay no bother thanks to gambits manuals [emoji106] It's a bit grimey and some of the plastic casing round the cable had shrunk back, exposing some of the wires. Given it a good prod in case it was loose and pulled the casing back round it. A watch and see job now [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Today I'm slowly coming round to the fact that I'm reverting back to plan A.... In other words the turbo dream is being put back on the shelf for a couple of years. Sensible head has won after all and I'm just going to enjoy the reliable little machine I'm lucky enough to have now :) Just waiting for that OBD reader to come now so I can root out what my intermittent CEL issue is

It was a 2.5XTE auto facelifted Foz registered just before the high tax bracket kicked in....nav, leather the works. It's what I'm after at the end of the day, but only if the price is right. I wouldn't re-visit this car now on that basis. Fate can be a funny old girl at times.....within 15 mins of finding out, the postie delivered news of a successful PPI claim :D My wife's gonna hate me haha :o
